Getting Started

Setting up Notifications in LiveTracking is simple! Follow the steps below to get started.

  1. Navigate to Profile by clicking on the person icon in the top right.
  2. Fill out your contact info, so that you can receive SMS Notifications.
  3. Select your notification delivery method.
  4. Set what hours you'll receive notifications.
  5. Click Update, at the bottom of the page to save your preferences.

Downtime Notifications

  1. Navigate to Notifications by selecting Settings > Notifications
  2. Click on
  3. Add in your Notification Title, select the Notification Type, and click Next

  4. Choose which lines this notification applies to.
  5. Select how long the downtime is active before sending a notification.
  6. Next, you can select to be notified for all downtimes, or for only a specific downtime.
  7. Finally, Subscribe to the notification and hit Save.

Run Start Notification

  1. Navigate to Notifications by selecting Settings > Notifications
  2. Click on
  3. Add in your Notification Title, select the Notification Type, and click Next
  4. Choose which lines this notification applies to.
  5. Next, you can select to be notified for all products, or for only a specific product.
  6. Finally, Subscribe to the notification and hit Save.

Run End Notification

  1. Navigate to Notifications by selecting Settings > Notifications
  2. Click on
