      Explanation of Roles & Permissions

      Roles Description

       

      Scoreboard User

      • Description: An account created to provide visibility of the scoreboards in various locations such as the floor, office, or common areas. Ideal for real-time tracking.
      • It's advisable to have one account dedicated to all scoreboards.

      Reporter

      • Description: This user is responsible for reading and reviewing reports but does not manage or manipulate any data.
      • Example: Maintenance team or personnel not involved with line operation.

      Floor Team

      • Description: Engaged in using tablets for data entry, starting/stopping runs, adding/editing finished goods, and categorizing downtimes. They cannot alter product settings or control line assignments.
      • Example: Line staff.

      Supervisor

      • Description: Entrusted with managing all data input and products but restricted from creating new lines.
      • Example: Shift Supervisor.

      Dosom

      • Description: Holds the authority to create new lines, and manage all settings and users, encompassing complete control over the production parameters.
      • Example: Plant Manager and/or Production Supervisor.

      External Developer

      • Description: This specialized role is designated for users working on integrating LiveTracking with other systems, facilitating technical cooperation.

      Account Owner

      • Description: This unique role is responsible for handling all billing actions and has exclusive rights to transfer ownership to another party. There's only one account owner per company, making it a critical position.
