Roles Description
Scoreboard User
- Description: An account created to provide visibility of the scoreboards in various locations such as the floor, office, or common areas. Ideal for real-time tracking.
- It's advisable to have one account dedicated to all scoreboards.
Reporter
- Description: This user is responsible for reading and reviewing reports but does not manage or manipulate any data.
- Example: Maintenance team or personnel not involved with line operation.
Floor Team
- Description: Engaged in using tablets for data entry, starting/stopping runs, adding/editing finished goods, and categorizing downtimes. They cannot alter product settings or control line assignments.
- Example: Line staff.
Supervisor
- Description: Entrusted with managing all data input and products but restricted from creating new lines.
- Example: Shift Supervisor.
Dosom
- Description: Holds the authority to create new lines, and manage all settings and users, encompassing complete control over the production parameters.
- Example: Plant Manager and/or Production Supervisor.
External Developer
- Description: This specialized role is designated for users working on integrating LiveTracking with other systems, facilitating technical cooperation.
Account Owner
- Description: This unique role is responsible for handling all billing actions and has exclusive rights to transfer ownership to another party. There's only one account owner per company, making it a critical position.
