Common Issues and Fixes
Here are the common issues with easy fixes you may encounter with your hardware.
Issue | Fix |
My LiveTracking reports are not showing sensor activity from the lines | Make sure that your hardware is properly plugged in and powered. |
LiveTracking is counting more or less product than I am making | Ensure your sensors are pointing at the product and that they are properly calibrated. |
LiveTracking is not loading on my tablet, computer, or phone | Check if the network LiveTracking relies on is running smoothly. |
