      How To Troubleshoot LiveTracking Hardware

      Common Issues and Fixes

      Here are the common issues with easy fixes you may encounter with your hardware.

      Issue Fix
      My LiveTracking reports are not showing sensor activity from the lines  Make sure that your hardware is properly plugged in and powered. 
      LiveTracking is counting more or less product than I am making Ensure your sensors are pointing at the product and that they are properly calibrated. 
      LiveTracking is not loading on my tablet, computer, or phone Check if the network LiveTracking relies on is running smoothly.
