Common Issues and Fixes
Here are the common issues with easy fixes you may encounter with your hardware.
Issue | Fix |
The Node or Gateway gets unplugged. | Make sure that your hardware is properly powered. |
The sensor isn't pointed at the product. | Ensure your sensors are targeting the right spot and that they are properly calibrated. |
The local network the Gateway is connected to has dropped. | Check if the network LiveTracking relies on is running smoothly. |
