Submitting a support request can be done in 3 ways.

Self-Serve

Before submitting a ticket, search the Knowledge Base first for the answer to your question. Using the Knowledge Base will decrease the time it takes to solve most issues by allowing you to take action immediately.


 

Support Form

The Support Form is the best way to file a support request. Filling out this form only takes a moment and allows you to provide us with all the information we need to help you as quickly as possible. Click Here to view the form.

Chatbot

The LiveTracking Knowledge Base has two chatbots:

  • a general helper that will aid you in your search for solutions, and
  • a guided troubleshooting bot that helps solve most hardware-related issues.

Messaging either bot will allow you to submit a support ticket after working through the first few steps.

Email

You can also submit support tickets directly to our support email address, support@livetracking.io. Please be as detailed as possible when submitting a support request, adding a description, images, videos, and steps you've already taken will reduce your support time significantly.
