      How To Reset your Password

      If you've forgotten your password, don't worry! We've got a system in place to help you out.

      Resetting Password

      1. Navigate to the LiveTracking web app by clicking this link:  LiveTracking.

      2. Click Don’t remember your password?.

      3. Enter your username. Note that it should be your email address or the facility email address created by LiveTracking.

      4. Click the Send Email button.

      5. In your email, there’ll be a message from LiveTracking. Open the email and click on the Change password button. This email may have gone to your junk/spam mail.

      6. Provide a new password. Password should be a minimum of 8 characters in length and requires a capital letter and a number, special characters are also permitted.
