      How To Edit Sensor Count on the Tablet App

      LiveTracking allows the operator to edit runs on a given day. One of the editable pieces is the Sensor Count.

      Key Term

      Sensor Count: The sensor count metric shows the total product/SKU the sensor has counted for a run. The count is generated by the pulses of the sensors as the product passes by, and multiplied by the sensor count multiplier which is configured in the product's settings.



      Changing Sensor Count on the Tablet

      To view and add sensor counts on the tablet application,

      1. Launch the LiveTracking application and log in, if needed.

      2. Select a line.

      3. Tap the Sensor Count tile.

      4. Enter the number of sensor counts you’d like to add to the current run in the units specified.

      5. Optional: Enter a note explaining why the sensor counts are being added.

      6. Tap the Add button when done.

      Note: The system accepts negative values for sensor count. To reduce the sensor count by 100 for a run, enter “-100”.
