Downtime categorization is key to understanding your factory. LiveTracking makes it easy to categorize downtime in real time.

Overview
In the top right-handed corner of the line status tile, a red number will be located inside a small circle. This number indicates how many downtimes need to be categorized.
Categorizing Downtime
- Tap the number to bring you to a list of all the uncategorized downtimes.
- Click on one of the downtimes.
- Search through the pre-populated list.
- Tap on the category/reason for downtime.
